We accept cards issued by banks located on the territory of the Russian Federation. Acceptance of payments is carried out by the system «Robokassa» (OOO «Biznes Element»).
Description of the payment process
After completing an order in our store, to select a payment method using a card on the corresponding page of the site, you need to choose a payment method using a «Bank Card», and the system will redirect you to a secure Bank page for entering card details.
After you have fully entered the data and clicked the «Pay» button, the system will notify you of the results of the transaction. In case of refusal to authorize the card, you will be able to repeat the payment procedure.
In case the payment failed, you will be redirected to the site where you can choose the method of payment for your «On Receipt» order. Please note that gift certificates are not delivered without prepayment.
Description of the data transfer process
Our online store does not collect or store data on customer’s bank cards. When paying for an order with a plastic card, all data is entered on the secure page of Robokassa. To make a payment, you will need to provide your plastic card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures via a secure channel (SSL protocol).
Security of electronic payments is provided at the level of world standards certified by international payment systems using 3D-Secure technologies: Verified by Visa and SecureCode from MasterCard. 3-D Secure is used as an extra level of security for online credit and debit cards. This is achieved due to the fact that when paying for a purchase using 3-D Secure technology, the cardholder is authenticated on a special server of the bank that issued the card. For client authentication, you need to enter a password known only to the cardholder. 3-D Secure technology is not supported by all cards, to find out if your card supports these protection technologies, contact your bank's support service.
