1. Program Goal

The goal of the Loyalty Program «Bonus Program ARNY PRAHT» is a set of actions and activities that provide the participants of the “Bonus Program ARNY PRAHT” privileges provided for by this Regulation.

2. Basic terms

2.1. Loyalty program «Bonus program ARNY PRAHT» (Program) is a program developed by the Organizer of the Program, including a system of points, discounts and other privileges for Program Participants.

2.2. «Program Organizer» - IP Pisklov Anton Ivanovich.

2.3. «Program Participant» - an individual (a person who has an intention to order or purchase or ordering, purchasing or using goods exclusively for personal, family, home and other needs not related to doing business) — the owner of the virtual card of the regular customer of the Bonus program ARNY PRAHT which expressed its intention to participate in the Program in accordance with these rules. By becoming a member of the program, the buyer expresses unconditional agreement with the rules of the program, as well as to receive promotional, marketing and other informational materials.

2.4. «Participant Bonus Account» (Bonus Account) is a set of accounting and information data in the Program Manager’s database on the number of points accrued / written off and the current balance of the Program Participant.

2.5. «Bonus Points» (Points) are the calculated bonus units credited to the Bonus Account of the Program Participant in accordance with this Program. Points do not have a cash expression and do not provide the right to receive them in cash equivalent.

2.6. «Bonus Discount» - a discount in the equivalent of bonus points provided to the Program Participant when purchasing goods. The bonus discount is provided within the balance of accrued points on the bonus account of the Program Participant. The size of the bonus discount is determined in accordance with the terms of this Program and may be 100% of the purchase price.

2.7. «Bonus Card» (Card) - plastic or virtual card with a unique number. The card is activated and used when purchasing goods in the shops of the ARNY PRAHT retail chain and / or the online store https://arnypraht.com. The card is not a means of payment and can only be used to provide a discount in the amount of accumulated bonus points.

3. The main provisions of the document

3.1. Program conditions are designed to meet the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2.    The program is valid indefinitely.

3.3.    The order of participation in the Program:

• Any capable individual can become a Program Participant.
• The contract between the Organizer and the Program Participant is concluded by sending a public offer (offer) to the Program Organizer by posting the Loyalty Program «ARNY PRAHT Bonus Program» on https://arnypraht.com and / or in the media and accepting an offer ( acceptance) by the Program Member.
• The contract is concluded with the activation of the Member Card. Activation (use) of the Card means that the Participant of the Program is acquainted and accepts the conditions of this Program, and also confirms the Organizer's right to modify this Program during its implementation unilaterally without prior written notice to the Program Participants.

3.4. Participation in the Program entitles you to:

• receive and accumulate bonus points for purchases in accordance with the status of the Program Participant;
• use the accumulated points as a discount when paying for subsequent purchases;
• participate in special promotions of the Program;
• enjoy other privileges in accordance with this Program.

4. Registration of program participants

This section regulates the general procedure for registering virtual cards of the regular customer of the Bonus program ARNY PRAHT.

4.1 In order to become a member of the Program, the Buyer must complete a purchase for any amount at any ARNY PRAHT brand store or online store https://arnypraht.com.

4.2 In order to receive the Participant's Card, you must fill in the Buyer Application Form when making a purchase in a retail store and transfer it to the employee of the Program Manager’s sales network or fill in the Buyer Application Form when making a purchase in the online store https://arnypraht.com.

4.3 The Card ID is the personal mobile number of the Program participant.

Required fields for filling the Customer Questionnaire:

• Surname
• First name
• Client's signature, decryption and date
• Date of birth - (for the correct calculation of gift points)
• E-mail address
• Personal Mobile Number

4.4 The term of activation of the Member Card is 1 (one) calendar day from the date of the purchase.

4.5 By signing the Program Participant Questionnaire and activating the Participant Card, the Program Participant consents to the processing, including automated, of any information relating to his personal data, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, including the collection, storage, update, use, dissemination, blocking, destruction of data, as well as consent to the use of his personal data for the Organizer of the Program to promote goods, works and services directly by means of the radio means of communication (e-mail, telephone, including via SMS distribution).

4.6 As part of a promotion, including for buyers of partner companies, the conditions for obtaining a Participant Card may be changed and will be determined by the conditions of a specific promotion.

5. Levels of cards and points accrual

5.1   Level of cart

Each card is assigned a certain level depending on the volume of purchases.

5.2 The points are credited to the bonus account of the Program Participant for the purchase of goods in the distribution network of the Program Organizer during identification in the Program.

5.3 The number of points earned depends on the level of the Member Card, the amount of the purchase.

5.4 One bonus point entitles a Program member to receive a discount on subsequent purchases in the amount of 1 (one) ruble.

5.5 Points are credited to the participant’s bonus account within 24 hours, provided that they make a purchase at a retail outlet’s branded store.

5.6 Points are credited to the bonus account of the participant within 14 calendar days, subject to making a purchase in the online store https://arnypraht.com.

5.7 Points are not redeemable for cash.

5.8 Points are awarded only on that part of the Program Member's purchase, which is paid in cash or by bank card. No points are credited for the equivalent points discount.

5.9 Information about the status of the bonus account, the number of accumulated / written off points a Program Participant can find out:

• on https://arnypraht.com in your account;
• by phone at the call center operator;
• from the sales assistant shop store.

5.10 As part of the Promotion, Program Members may be charged and charged in a different way than provided for by this Program. The number of additional points, the conditions of their accrual and use, the order of participation is determined by the terms of the specific Promotion and may differ from the conditions specified in this Program. The points accrued in the framework of the Promotional Action have the same value as the points accrued in accordance with the basic accrual, unless otherwise specifically provided for by the corresponding Promotional Action.

5.11 All Participants and individual categories, depending on the status of the participants, are determined by the terms of the Promotion.

5.12 The organizer of the Program independently determines:

• Place of the Promotion;
• terms and conditions of the Promotion;
• categories of participants who can participate in promotions.

6. The procedure for granting bonus discounts (write-off points)

6.1 Only Program Participants are eligible for the bonus discount, provided they are identified by their personal mobile phone number at the time of purchase.

6.2 The bonus discount is provided when you purchase any product that is included in the assortment of the distribution network of the Program Organizer.

6.3 Bonus discount is available when you buy goods in the stores or online store https://arnypraht.com.

6.4 When purchasing a product with a bonus discount, the Program Member can fully pay for the purchase with bonus points.

6.5 When granting a bonus discount, the amount of points taken into account when calculating the discount is deducted from the bonus account of the Program Participant.

6.6 In the case of return of the goods, regardless of the reasons for such a return, for which points were awarded to the Program Participant, the number of points accrued for the purchase of this product is written off from the Participant’s bonus account. If the points for the returned goods have already been used, the Program Participant has a negative balance on the bonus account. The points accrued in the future, first of all, repay the debt on the Participant’s bonus account.

6.7 In case of full or partial return of goods purchased with a bonus discount, only actually deposited funds are returned to the Program Participant in the same proportion as when paying. In this case, the points spent on the bonus discount will not be returned to the bonus account.

6.8 Accrued points are urgent. Accumulated points are burned in the absence of accrual or cancellation of points for the purchase of goods within 12 (twelve) months.

6.9 In order for the points not to burn out, it is necessary to make a purchase within 12 (twelve) months.

6.10 The organizer of the Program has the right to unilaterally without the consent of the Participant of the Program write off points from his bonus account if the points were mistakenly credited to the Participant’s bonus account. In such a case, the Organizer of the Program writes off from the bonus account the amount of points equal to the mistakenly credited amount of points.

6.11 In case a Member performs any unfair actions against the Program Organizer or his clients, the Program Organizer has the right to choose, unilaterally, without the consent of the Program Member, write off all points on his bonus account or cancel the Member Card.

 7. Other conditions

7.1 IP Pisklov Anton Ivanovich as the Program Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Program. The points remaining on the bonus account after the date of termination of the Program are canceled. From the moment of termination of the Program the Member loses the right to receive a bonus discount.

7.2 IP Pisklov Anton Ivanovich has the right to make any changes to this Regulation, Program and Promotions without prior notification of the Program Participants. Information about these changes is posted on https://arnypraht.com

7.3 Program Participants, the Organizer and Partners of the Program recognize the mandatory compliance with the claim (pre-trial) procedure for the settlement of disputes arising from participation in the Program and / or arising in connection with participation in the Program.

7.4 In case of not reaching an agreement, namely: complete or partial refusal to satisfy the claim, the dispute shall be settled in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
