Care Reminder
It is very important for us that our products please you as long as possible, and therefore have prepared some tips for caring for them:
We recommend that you clean the product with a soft sponge or a cloth dampened in solution with products intended for delicate fabrics or genuine leather. To prevent the appearance of long-lasting stains, wipe the product once a week.
Do not rub heavily, as external fibers can be damaged, due to which the material will lose its quality and appearance. It is forbidden to wash a bag in water!
Try not to touch the light bag and accessories immediately after using hand cream.
Do not use abrasives and products containing chlorine to clean eco-leather!
Be sure (after cleaning) to wipe the surface of the material dry! The wet product should be dried at room temperature in a suspended, uncovered form, away from heating appliances.
Since eco-leather is close to natural in its properties, it should be remembered that it also undergoes stretching.
Storage is also part of the care. If you wear light accessories made of eco-leather, store them in textile anthers.
It is not recommended to load female models weighing more than 5 kg. The warranty period for your product is 30 days, but with careful and proper use and care it will last us much longer.
Do not carry light bags with clothes that you are not sure of.
We do not recommend wearing our products at temperatures below -25 and above +35. Do not leave the white bag in the open sun for a long time.
The texture of the lining requires delicate care, especially when it comes to removing stains. Eliminate traces of powder, tonal foundation and shadows with a cotton pad soaked in micellar water. Traces of food and sugary drinks can be removed with a damp sponge soaked in dishwashing detergent or baking soda. Greasy stains from cosmetic lotions and hand creams can be removed with 3% hydrogen peroxide. Fresh ink stains are easily removed with a cloth soaked in soapy water.
The warranty covers: material, seams, zippers, locks, fasteners, fastening buttons. The warranty does not cover: tears, scuffs, scratches, as well as yellowing, oxidation, and the appearance of rust on fittings.
Our guarantee as a manufacturer is 30 days from the date of purchase.
